★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the shoes and the service... But how is it possible not to have bags? After spending over 200$ and not even have paper bags? I have to walk out with the box in my hand? They should at least sell the plastic bag and if not allowed.. Then paper bag? .. Still love my shoes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a friend to get him some shoes. The guy helping us seemed kinda lazy as he didn't recommend my friend to use the shoe sizing machine. It was only once I told my friend to insist on using the sizing machine that the guy actually changed his size recommendation from a regular to a wider shoe.

I think it's the time for the renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent store : The staff was very knowledgeable and humble, best part they have scanner to measure your shoe size. They have wide range of running shoes, though they got limited winter shoes at this time. But I had great experience visiting this store. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, I bought my first pair of NB here 10 years ago, since then I keep coming back because the staff provide me the right information on the shoes I look for (arch, foot type, stability, etc.) .
In addition to the shoes I would recommend the NB tight and gloves, they are pretty well designed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this new balance store to try out the 3d machine the seller was very friendly and gave me all the info I needed. arch type, arch hight, foot type, foot length, gait assessment etc. he even gave me recommendations of the type of shoe I should get based on what the machine mentioned. even thought i didn't end up buying anything the seller was very patient and friendly I recommend this place the customer service is above.thank you for your patience with all my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store as I had heard of the 3 D machine and I have a tough foot to shoe. The salespeople there are beyond friendly, knowledgeable , super cooperative. They even did a difficult exchange . These are the most comfortable, long-day-on-your-feet proof runners I have ever worn. I'm on my 3rd pair, still using my 1st but they are delegated to dog duties ! No they are not cheap. But 3 yrs + and still not quitting ? On my way back to the store soon....
