★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very good quality shoes and boots. I am so happy with my purchase. However, service is not standardized is from a store to another. The younger staff at this location need a motivation talk. By no means do I want to undermine the company, i have had very amazing service at another location, and via phone customer service.

I went to Eaton Center Montréal
On Monday June 6th store was closed sign says back in 10 minutes for more then 30 minutes no one show up.
June 7th 2.15 went again 3 persons on Cash talking need to see salesperson they just looked me I even wave but no one like to moved.
Looks like they don’t t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Softmoc eaton center has the most polite staff I’ve encountered. The Manager went above and beyond to help me find shoes for my kid who does have disabilities. I cannot express how happy I am to have found such an amazing person to help me with son. I believe her name was Meagan. 5/5 for all you’ve done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the store looking for converse high top chuck since I know SoftMoc is known for these type of shoes : converse, vans, sandals, etc... I asked the sales associate to help me with a shoe pair since the boxes aren't on the floor however she did NOT help me instead she rolled her eyes and walked off as if she hadn't heard but I knew she heard me , I ASKED 2 TIMES if I heard her name correctly I think it is Lizzy Dizzy Bizzy?? something like that anyways she's asian ... I asked for the manager and she did help me out with another co-worker ... honestly I wouldn't have given 4 stars if it wasn't for those 2 !
Beware of the asian girl she's super rude and doesn't puts clients first ... mental illness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, not satisfied at all with the services here. My sister and I, we're waiting to have someone come up to us and ask us if we needed help on anything - no one actually did. Once I asked for a size in a pair of Uggs that I was looking for, he said he had it but the 2nd pair of Uggs he said he was going to go look on his machine and come back. It took him 5 too 10 minutes to look on the register if had in stock, and started serving other customers at the register at the same time. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has good prices. But the stuff working there... I don't, is like they don't want to work. I've been in this store twice and it was the same. Once they were like 4 and nobody answered me, after I asked a few times, everything was "no, no,no" they even searched.
The second time, they weren't there, they were in the back, so I had to call them several time until someone come out.
