★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ardene always has really cute clothes and accessories, but I find that their prices don't match the longevity of their products, they might be cute and trendy but they wear out quickly and the shoes are almost $50 but they never last more than a month of real wear and tear.
Covid-19 protocol means you cannot try any of the clothing on but you can still try on the shoes, however I don't know why, they almost never carry enough size 9 of any shoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a gift card from them and I bought 2 sandals and 2 high heels, although I was not sure about the quality but I'm wearing the sandals for more than 6months everyday at home they're really good so far, and the high heels I wore 3 times only and they were comfy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I made a purchase last Friday, as we cannot tray things on. I bought a size L, when I realised it was too big I came back WITH THE RECEIPT that has all the information to change it for a smaller size. They say they cannot change it because it doesn't have a tag. But come on, in the receipt you have all the information!!! Great silly way to loose clients and have the worse publicity. Seriously what is the use of a receipt if you dont trust the information that you yourselves write on them. Besides, the tag may have even fallen when the person at the case put the item on the bag. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store with lots of great styles and fashion from clothes to shoes, jewelry, bikinis and accessories. Prices are average, not too expensive but not reasonable either. Service was bad, employees are not rude but they were not courteous or helpful either.
