★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a defective watch where a pin in the strap broke the first time I wore it. They wouldn't let me return it, because it was scratched when the strap broke, and the watch flew off my wrist .Then they put in a counterfeit part to try to repair it. When it broke the second time, they gave me a hard time when I demanded an authentic part.
When I tried raising a complaint, they said the manager sold it to me and that I wasn't going to get anywhere with my complaint. Overall, an awful experience that wasted a lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and experience with them. Simply changing a battery and they return it broken. If you want to broke your watch I strongly recommend go to them .
On March 9 2020 , I stepped into their store to change the battery for my Frederique Constant watch. A very tall customer service agent took my watch and opened it. He put the new battery but had the difficulty to close it again. He pushed the cover and use the small hummer to hummerd it.It took around 30 min to try to close it. Then wired thing happened. In the evening when i check the watch , it is pointing around 3 . I double checked the hands are moving back. Next day I went their store again, they said they will sent it to their head office to repair.
One week later, they called said the watch need clean, will cost $80 to clean it. I refused . Three month later , they called again, said the movement has some mechanical issue and has to change it with $150.
The customer service agent broke the watch , and they want customer to pay for the repair. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a big contradiction the name of this store and their costumer services. They don't show respect to the time and costumers.
Last week, I asked them to change the battery of watch. A man who is responsible there he took my time 30 min to change it but finally he could not close the door of watch. Then he told me I will send it to the main store and after one week you can come and take it as same as first day. However, after 9 days, they told me it is not ready yet and maybe next week. Omg, two weeks for changing battery. What is going on in this store and company? Besides, they told me I have to pay the cost of battery!!! Where is costumer services?!!!!
Who will pay my time?
Really, I don't know what will happen for my watch. (It was a gift and I have it more than 9 years.
Very unprofessional behavior and service in this store !!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by a couple of times to have my watch battery replaced. They are quick and get you a warranty with your watch when they finish. No non-sense service. They also started to carry Ice Watch these days and I got something interesting to browse while I wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destroyed $400 watches for a simple glass change. Now both watches do not keep time. Poor communication between staff and customers. Need to technology and better staff with higher customer IQ. Music blasting loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Skagen watch from the BigTime store at eaton mall. The watch stopped working after a year and half. I was told that it comes with two years warranty with sore and the company. When I went to the store first time the battery of the watch was changed. After few days the watch stopped again. I called at the store and I was informed that they would give a in store credit. When I went to the store they refused to give the in store credit and even fix the watch. I called the owner of the store Mr. XXX he talked to me very rudely and told me to get back in next two days. I informed him that I am leaving Quebec in two days. He did't care about that and hung up the call. The lady at the store was scared of him and started crying. Seeing her and the response of the owner I left the store. I still have the warranty left for almost three more months. I will never recommend anyone to buy any product from any of the BigTime showrooms. Please find the picture of the bills and watch for proof.
