I have bought 2 watches from them and both were not the most expensive watches but a lot of money to me and both watches they had to order for me. I was treated like gold on both occasions and I can't thank them enough for how they helped me and treated me. Great shop and great owners. I will definitely go back for another purchase.

You can tell they have a lot of knowledge and work from the passion of watchmaking. They were giving me advice on how to switch bands myself and really went the extra mile in service. I happened to have a Fossil watch on hand that had the crown loose and they fixed it right then and there as a extra service. Very happy with my new Seiko automatic, I feel like I good a good price on it and I got my old Fossil watch restored. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend you go to this store for a watch or any other jewelry.

On asking to fix it said that I need to pay more money to fix the watch. Even though the shop sell watches, the owner and employee does not know how handle expensive watch repairs. On pressing the matter to fix the watch for no charge as it was broken by him, owner disrespectfully denied and responded that he does not care about customers like me. Horrible experience. Don’t ever go there with your expensive items.

The staff is welcoming, patient and very and knowledgeable, I usually find myself in downtown jewelry stores asking questions and salesperson tend to not know what they are selling, this is really not the case and this is exactly what a watch store should be, buy in confidence ? The prices are on par and even better than one can imagine. The staff treats every watch like a high end luxury watch. Lastly, the choices for a Seiko is mouth drooling ?? Awesome service guys, thank you ?
