La dame qui m'a vendu l'article la journée même refuse de me rembourser un article non-ouvert parce que le patron a dit "pas de retour ou remboursement! Je pensais donner une chance à la petite boutique au lieu du grand magasin, eh bien j'ai eu tort! La prochaine fois j'irai chez Bentley pour mes dépenses de voyages. N'y allez surtout pas!
 Worse shopping experience of my life! The lady who sold me the article the same day refuses to pay me back an unopened item because the boss said "no return or refund!" I thought to give a chance to the small shop instead of the department store, Well, I was wrong ... Next time I'll go to Bentley for my travel expenses - do not go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked to 2 keys to be cut. She was just rude and broke one of my keychain accessories and gave it back to me pretending it was already like that. Then she admitted that she broke it and never apologized for it! Just not the place you would like to make any kind of business with!
If only I could give zero start I’d gladly to it!
Of only I had seen the previous review I would have never gone there in the first place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have trusted all of the other 1-star reviews but I thought "how bad could a key cutting place actually be?" The answer is: terrible. The guy was not there, but his entire dinner was, spread out right in front of the cash register. When he eventually showed up, it was pretty expensive ($23 for 4 keys). Both of these things would have been fine - I'm not looking for a whole lot in my key cutting experience - HOWEVER, I am looking for my cut keys to actually work in my door, which these do not.
