★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed. I have 3 m0851 products.. And loved this store. Came today to buy a backpack and there was no one to help. When I asked a question, the cashier responded very short without even looking at me. It sure puts a dent on my love for m0851. I will definitely not be going back to this store. Hopefully other m0851 stores still have their good attentive friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one of their raincoats for over $600, the sales lady told me she owned one and that it was waterproof and the most amazing cost she had ever owned. Living in Vancouver I wanted a great quality raincoat, I splurged and bought it! 2 months later the lining ripped inside, they replaced it for me after many phone calls. My main issue is that this coat is NOT waterproof NOR rain resistant - every time I go out in the rain i am soaked. I have contacted the store, they tell me to contact head office to which my email and call is never returned. This product IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THE SERVICE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING GIVEN ITS A LOCAL COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire family have a huge collection of M0851 but recently had an issue with one of the purses. It faded after I used the Tana protective spray that I purchased from one of their store.
I live chatted with Stephania numerous times who was absolutely useless and made up all sorts of excuses to avoid the issue. Promised to look into the matter and never followed up. I also emailed them with pictures several times as well with auto reply with a ticket no. and never replied. Messaged them thru Facebook and never heard back from them.
Absolute worst customer service out there. Going to bring my business to Rudsack instead. Good bye M0851!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store Sunday May 23, 2021. I’m from Hamilton Ontario and I have many of the Mo851 bags and wallets and always wanted to visit the flag ship store. Yes I’m a huge fan. The store is organized and clean. The young lady that assisted me was amazing. Knowledgeable she offered me option without pushing. She didn’t follow me around, but she was always available when I needed assistance. I loved my purchases! I can’t wait to visit again. It was totally worth the 7 hrs!
