★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le dermatologue était très courtois, il sait de quoi il parle. Rendez-vous rapide et efficace!
On m’a reçu que 25-30 minutes après l’heure de mon rendez-vous, alors que je m’attendais à attendre beaucoup plus longtemps étant donné que c’est une clinique semi-privée.
 The dermatologist was very courteous, he knows what he is talking about. Quick and efficient appointment!
I was only seen 25-30 minutes after my appointment time, which I expected to wait much longer given that it is a semi-private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une secrétaire et un médecin très baveux. Aucune empathie ce qui est un comble pour un médecin.
Le Dr Saint-Cyr Proulx a regardé deux secondes la peau de ma fille qui a 3 ans 1/2 pour nous dire que c'était peut etre ca, mais peut etre ca aussi pas sur, que lui il était spécialiste de la peau des adultes pas des enfants et que si on souhaitait faire une chirurgie il fallait être conscient qu'on allait lui "infliger une blessure" (!!) et on est sortit avec une autre requête pour St-Justine (et il a quand meme noté sur la requête que ma fille avait 1 an 1/2 .... je pense qu'on voit la différence entre un enfant de 1 an et de 3 ans...) On est sortit du cabinet avec plus d'incertitude encore....
Quant à la secrétaire, au moment de faxer la requête, elle perd l'ordonnance (ne sait plus où elle l'a posé) et puis finalement ne sait pas faire fonctionner son fax..Bref, je ne recommande absolument pas! fuyez!!!
A very slobbering secretary and doctor. No empathy which is a shame for a doctor.
Dr. Saint-Cyr Proulx looked for two seconds at the skin of my daughter who is 3 1/2 years old to tell us that it may be that, but it may also be that not sure, that he was a specialist in the skin of adults not children and if we wanted to have surgery we had to be aware that we were going to "inflict an injury" (!!) and we went out with another request for St-Justine (and he nevertheless noted on the request that my daughter was 1 1/2 years old .... I think we can see the difference between a child of 1 year and 3 years old ...) We left the office with even more uncertainty .. ..
As for the secretary, when faxing the request, she loses the order (no longer knows where she asked it) and then finally does not know how to operate her fax machine. In short, I absolutely do not recommend! run away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une blague pour arriver à prendre un rendez-vous là-bas. T'appelles une cinquantaine de fois pour ne tomber que sur la boîte vocale. Et si une fois, Ô par je ne sais quel miracle, tu obtiens la ligne, tu te fais dire qu'il faut appeler le mois prochain parce que tout est booké. Je ne sais d'où est la source du problème, manque de financement, système à revoir ou autre, mais bref: vous risquez de perdre votre temps à essayer d'y prendre rendez-vous...
A joke to get to make an appointment there. Call you fifty times to fall on the voicemail only. And if once, O by I do not know what miracle, you get the line, you are told that you have to call next month because everything is booked. I do not know where the source of the problem is, lack of funding, system to review or other, but in short: you risk wasting your time trying to make an appointment ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible de prendre un rdv. Boite vocal où on ne peut laisser de messages. Après plus de 20 appels j'ai pu obtenir une personne pour me faire dire que le mois en cours est complet (je peux le comprendre) mais elle ne peut me donner une date pour le mois prochain et il faut rappeler dans une semaine -- rebelote d'une douzaine d'appel où c'est la boite vocale et on ne peut laisser de message. Je parie fort que si jamais je tombe sur une personne elle me redira la même chose. J'irai voir ailleurs. À éviter.
Unable to make an appointment. Voicemail where you cannot leave messages. After more than 20 calls I was able to get someone to tell me that the current month is full (I can understand it) but they cannot give me a date for the next month and we have to call back in a week - rebelote a dozen calls where it's voicemail and you can not leave a message. I bet very much that if I ever come across a person they will tell me the same thing. I will look elsewhere. To avoid.

Certaines réceptionnistes ne sont pas très chaleureuses... mais bon
Je n’ai jamais été reçue en retard personnellement.
Je suis satisfaite de mon suivi.

I have never been received late personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile d'obtenir un rendez-vous pour un nouveau patient. Même si on se présente en personne, la SEULE façon est d'appeler le vendredi entre 9h et 12h. Quand on réussit à avoir la ligne ... après attente musicale de quelques minutes, un message «dû à un très grand volume d'appels, veuillez appeler plus tard» et la ligne se coupe. :-( J'ai tenté une multitude de fois entre 9h03 et 10h30 (parce qu'avant, le message disait que le bureau était fermé) ... OUF!!!!!!
Difficult to get an appointment for a new patient. Even if you come in person, the ONLY way is to call on Friday between 9am and 12pm. When we manage to get the line ... after a few minutes of music waiting, a message "due to a very large volume of calls, please call later" and the line goes off. :-( I tried a multitude of times between 9:03 and 10:30 (because before, the message said that the office was closed) ... OUF !!!!!!

Je suis une dame de 62 ans triplement vaccinée et je portais 2 masques. Même pas un petit mot de politesse en entrant, rien. Il a bien mal choisi son métier. À fuir. En plus, réceptionniste so-so...
Dr St-Cyr Proulx: no empathy, barely looked at me, rushed, hasty. He stayed in his door frame because he was so afraid of the covid. It was ridiculous. I am a 62 year old triple vaccinated lady and I wore 2 masks. Not even a little polite word on entering, nothing. He did not choose his profession very well. To flee. In addition, receptionist so-so ...
