★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Rudsak twice and both times Imane provided a fantastic service. She was welcoming, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and did not put any pressure for me to make a purchase. On my second visit I was happy to buy a coat and books! Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After several bad experiences, just trying to have a cute coat without cruelty, I am done with Rudsak. As long as they keep selling the skins and fur of animals I will no longer try to shop in there. Employees look at me weird when I ask them questions, like they're oblivious to the suffering this chain is causing in the name of fashion. I heard Mackage made the switch so I will go there for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience to say the least. I came here to get a jacket but I noticed that the jackets were made with real fur. In the 1990's I used to protest against fur stores like this and was surprised to see they are still selling the stuff nowadays. At least the employees were nice. I talked to the manager Dominque and they said that Rudsak was considering going fur free. If they do maybe I'd come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to write a review to give praise to Dominique, the store manager, and Denis, a sales associate, who work at this location. They had excellent customer service and were so friendly. They made us feel extremely welcomed. I don't support the purchase of real fur and leather and am hoping this company will veganize soon but they did explain to me that they are currently recycling and reusing materials.

All the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Jean-Sebastien who always goes out of his way to ensure you have a quality shopping experience and is always very knowledgeable. If I’m going to be shopping at Rudsak it will be in this store for JS & his staff.
