★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to an EMPTY STORE (not busy!), the girls working couldn’t even bother to say bonjour. Just stood around talking at the front. Felt so un welcomed I left right away. I used to work for garage and would never make a customer feel that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not deserve a star but only way to let people know the horrible customer service. I entered the store to purchase my daughter a dress only to be told the only one is on the mannequin and they refused to sell me the clothing and told me to go to another store. Very sad. The only excuse is that it's policy! I guess they do not want business. HQ should be aware how poor their stores are managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooo I went to this shop today to get an outfit for a date and Cassandra was THE BEST!!! Seriously if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Her service was amazing, fantastic and just perfect! She gave me advice and brought me more clothes to try on and I left very very satisfied! Super happy client right here!!!!!
