★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place competes with Banana Republic and J Crew. It has great trendy as well as timeless clothing for young men (basement). Tighter fit clothing.
I usually shop there on sales +15% student discount. Their clothing for men is well made ++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Jay is apparently not suitable for this position. We had a terrible experience with the manager Jay recently. He was very emotional, negative and rude. His way of talking was like arguing with, fighting with, and educating the customers. My wife and I are loyal customers of CM and like most of the staffs in this store. But we do think that the manager Jay has a lot to improve with his interperson skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was terrible! We could clearly feel that they were serving others before us just because we were wearing gym clothes. My girlfriend loves to shop there, she bought something but she was really disappointing about the awful service she got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are never very interested in helping clients. If you compare to other stores, especially those at the same price levels or even those at lower levels, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Essentially they put any clothes you pick out in a change room, and then you're ignored for the rest of your visit. Nice store otherwise with interesting clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I went into the store tonight and the salesperson standing there at the front stares at me without saying hi. I came with the intention of getting a new wardrobe for work but no one came to help. After that kind of service, I didn’t want to give them a dime. I wish I could just avoid going to the store altogether and order online but unfortunately after all these years, they still haven’t managed to set it up for Quebec for some reason. Not worth my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the chic cafe downstairs. Sarah was super friendly and professional, she is a wonderful barrista..her latte was beautiful and absolutely delicious (not bitter, no sugar needed!). She showed us the coffee beans which are sold there, how convenient! Thank you
