★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager and customer care in this store were downright incredible. I ordered something online at a discount that never got shipped. After waiting for the online customer service to look into it, refund me etc etc a good 2 weeks had passed. The item was intended as a gift so I could not have it shipped after I received other items in the same order due to time constraints. I was told by the online store that I can go pick it up in store at the discount and that they'd leave a message for the store. They didn't. The manager listened through all this, made calls, followed up, and helped me out. Truly, if you are reading this, thank you! Needless to say as well they have great clothes. The sweatpants are a lifetime quality but and the leather bags are the same. I had a strap break on one of them due to something heavy falling right on the brass clasp and roots immediately fixed it for me. When you buy an item from roots if you don't get top notch they'll amend that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who goes to roots looking for anything but sweatpants is in the wrong store, roots makes sweatpants, and really, really good ones. Their staff knows a lot about which sweatpants are the best, and while they are a little bit pricey, they are well worth it. Seriously just go buy a pair and you'll see exactly what I mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the roots product is really high specially hat and scarf for winter time which are my newest purchase.but more importantly the customer care of this store is really good . I appreciate the manager of this store for caring about customer requests and try the best to give customer a solution based on whatever he actually can do. finally you will be happy and satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist store. Absolutely horrible. I walked in with my nephews who immediately started looking around for what they possibly wanted to buy. I hung around the front of the store in the shoe section when out of the corner of my eye I saw the lady at the front radio someone in the back to start following my nephews.
I was in utter shock. I walked to the back and observed the second coworker immediately tail my 18 year old nephew and his sister. Unaware as they look at clothing.
I immediately called them to exit the store and mention my disapproval to the second clerk so just waved at me. While walking out, I mentioned the same disapproval to the front store clerk who profiled these young brown kids and was immediately told that she did no such thing. I responded that I heard her radio it in, as I was standing behind her.
No apology , but then she all of sudden remembered and said it was policy for associates to follow large groups.
We were the only people of color in the store. No one seemed to be following the white customers.
Just incredible that in this day and age you can be so blatantly racist and think it’s ok.
Never shopping at this store again. Absolutely disgusting.
