Very helpful staff but they made us wait outside for 10 mins because of capacity and once we entered there was a customer walking with no mask on for the entire time. #doublestandards

Me and my husband went to get some jeans here, and the service was mmmm, let’s say ok. The girls that help us, were rushing us to choose and buy… we told them that we were checking to see if we like something. But we felt like they were rushing us to choose… At some point, that’s not the worse that happens. The store was closing at 17h, so I was trying some t-shirts and trying to choose something for my own. At this point my husband already had a pair of jeans and some t-shirts he chose. Long story short, my husband came to the dressing room a bit bother, because the guy at the door told him that the store was closing and to hurry up! We spend $400 on clothing.. Jack & Jones, you need to work a bit with your staff, to make the customer service better.. Even when the store is closed, there are ways to communicate to your clients that the store is closing. And remember. We, the customers are going to your store to spend our money., so we don’t like to get out from a store feeling mistreated…

Usually the clothing I buy here is great, until now. Bought a pair of jeans which were more expensive than I would usually pay for. So at minimum I expected they would hold up for longer than 2 months.... 1 month of wearing them and the part along the waist was ruined. A few weeks after that, the jeans that are supposed to have "stretch technology" literally tore a hole in the front. The sales rep "couldn't" do anything even though I was still within the 3 month exchange policy. Last time I'll be shopping there.
