My Fiancé absolutely loves her ring, and having it made exactly as I wanted made our engagement so much more special. The craftsmanship is flawless and he and his team were able to bring my designs to life from a few photos and conversations. I will only be having custom jewelry made here from now on, and we will be going back to have our wedding bands made here as well. I had spoken with many jewellers about what I wanted and he was the most knowledgeable, he walked me through the process and was able to answer all my questions where many people were vague or could not. I live in Ottawa and he made sure I was confident and informed by working with me and answering my questions/concerns every step of the way. Thank you!!

Phil was very patient with our many questions. We didn't know much about engagement rings and he really went into all of the details to help us choose the right ring. We were able to pick the exact customizations we wanted and the price was very similar to other places. We went to other places to shop but none took the extra care of answering our questions. We had follow-up questions after the initial meeting and he was prompt in his replies.

The pieces are timeless and we have planned on acquiring a few more in the future. However, what really seals the deal is the customer service: Philippe will take the time for a one-on-one session where he will help you chose the right ring for you, explain to you the different type of diamonds, criteria you should look for, etc. He is honest and doesn’t rush you to make this decision that will impact (hopefully) the rest of your life. He is truly remarkable!

Amazing customer service and a private one-on-one session that really makes you feel valued. The ring itself is stunning; really liked that I could see a 3D model before it went into production.
