I went to the store to check out engagement rings and Rachel was the most gracious person I could have asked to meet! She was honest and well informed. I ended up purchasing my ring online however (because I wanted it earlier than the timeline the store needed to produce it) and needed to get it resized. So I called the store and asked if they would do it and they said they didn't offer this service to items not made by them but gave me a reference: Mr. Garro who ended up being the sweetest, most knowledgeable person of his trade. Thank you Ecksand for this wonderful experience and introducing me to Mr. Garro! Not only will I purchase my jewelry from you in the future, but I will be returning to Mr. Garro for the upkeep of other items I already owns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience with Ecksand from the beginning. I was not able to find the right design of the engagement ring anywhere but Ecksand. The secret heart right caught my eyes at the very first sight with reasonable price tag. Plus, Alizee and Eva was so helpful through out the process. I was able to do video conference before making an order. When it comes to buy a diamond you would always have to check GIA certificate and Ecksand team was so accommodating all of my requests. If you are looking for an engagement ring then this is the right place that you need to look for.

The ring quality is outstanding and exactly what we wanted. The delivery dates, meeting times, and follow-up meetings were respected and flexible. The space is professional but not intimidating. Amazing experience.

My fiancee has selected Ecksand to select an engagement ring and I was delighted! Ecksand has developed ethical practices from using recycled gold made in Canada to sourcing conflict-free diamonds selected in compliance with the Kimberley Process, a standard in sustainable jewellery. Transparency is also at the heart of what they do and Ecksand jewels are locally hand-crafted in a low emission atelier!
We decided to get our wedding bands there too.
I cannot thank enough Alizée for her patience, excellent customer service skills and dedication. I might be one of the pickiest clients ever!
The whole team is extremely helpful and customer service is A1.
Their boutique is downtown Montreal and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Modern, chic and classy.
