So very much so and in every capacity, that you feel as though you'd be remiss if you didn't share your wonderful experience with the world.
For almost 40 years Chateau D’Ivoire has been my jeweller of choice. I’ve travelled to many countries throughout my life visiting jewelry stores which is a hobby of mine and I have rarely come across such honest and dedicated people such as Mounzer, Suhail (Sam), their children and staff. From just a tiny little store back in the early 80’s they’ve grown into one of North America’s leading luxury watch retailers.
I can honestly say that when it comes to jewelry, you will not find more-qualified, nicer, pleasant, genuine, knowledgeable, trustworthy, considerate and fair-minded jewelers than the Kaidbey Family. You simply cannot go wrong with people like this and I can not think of a single reason to shop for jewelry anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attention my fiancee and I received was terrible, the saleswoman is totally passive, no initiative, no suggestions, even when asked, and she did not show any interest in the sale.
Honestly I have received better service at McDonald's.
If the salesperson is going to make a commission on the sale we would rather go elsewhere.
