Aside from that, there is no point going there. The staff is too busy being friendly (and chatting with their friends who stop by) instead of doing their job. As a result, ridiculously slow and distracted service.
As an additional irritant, they messed up my return for an online purchase (just wanted to exchange the size but i had to stand in line to return, stand in line to buy the same item, and the price of the reimbursement and in-store was not matching up for a reason they could not figure out, etc etc)...
They wasted so much of my time to sort things out that I do not plan to return to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I'm in the store, staffs are too busy chatting with their friends and can get pretty rude when you want to try something. I never get any help to get other size. The sales are pretty confusing, as you don't know the sales price unless you ask the staff (which again are pretty rude, especially when you pull them from their chatting...). Went a couple of time, tried to like the store but for the price they charge I would expect a much better customer service.

Sadly we no longer have Lole in Toronto. So I placed some on -line orders with their Montreal store.
Wonderful customer service, prompt free delivery, organized returns, if needed.
Also great selection of well made products...Best selection of outer jackets...comfortable, practical and stylish.
AND IT IS CANADIAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Lolë that I’ve been to so far. Much bigger than the store in Westmount, with lots more options. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a yoga room on the mezzanine with classes a few times a week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lole online store, is utterly useless. The fact that one of the customer service representatives, had told me they will not refund me the two pairs that are a defective, but want me to ship it back to them. No store in the history of society would do that. A little recap. It has been a two years of the pandemic, where I have had to go on sick leave twice, before that was laid off because of capacity, and un those two years, out of the one, I have never worn the two pairs, they have been siting in my dresser for a year, I have friends that can test to that. Never worn pants, only to try them on when I got them, and when I had found out that the third pair was defective. I had only worn one pair out of the three. When wearing them I noticed this defect. After getting a credit, I started to think maybe I should try them on again, and see the stitching just incase, only to find out, that the stitching was the same. After noticing this I emailed customer service, only after telling I have to return the product without a refund because the product has been worn. I have never worn the two jeans. It is no different if I went into store and tried them on. FyI as wearing the pair of jean, the one pair, it kept twisting over to the other side of my ankle. As trying on the other two pairs after finding this out and emailing customer service two days ago, is when I decided to see if the other two had done this for a few minutes and the two pairs did the same. This is despicable service. I have supported this company through the pandemic as it is somewhat local, and not nationwide. I will no longer shop with this company, along with my friends, we will spend our money elsewhere.
