★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chez Underworld, j'ai acheté 3 collants d'une marque qui m'était inconnue. La vendeuse m'a vanté les mérites et la qualité de la marque . Je lui ai précisé mon poids exact et elle a elle-même déterminé la pointure des collants qu'elle me vendait.
Depuis une semaine j'ai essayé d'enfiler -- 2 matins d'affilée -- un collant et les deux se sont brisés. Une maille a filé toute seule... l'autre collant s'est percé alors que je m'assoyais. Ou ils étaient éventés ou ils sont trop petits. Dans un cas comme dans l'autre la vendeuse a mal fait son travail.
Bref, j'ai envoyé 24,14 $ à la poubelle...
J'ai communiqué par e-mail avec la boutique leur racontant mes déboires. Aucune nouvelle... donc je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cette boutique...
At Underworld, I bought 3 tights of a brand that was unknown to me. The saleswoman has boasted the merits and quality of the brand. I told him my exact weight and she herself determined the size of the tights she sold me.
For a week I tried to put on - 2 mornings in a row - a tights and both broke. A mesh spun by itself ... the other sticky pierced while I sat down. Or they were stale or they are too small. In one case as in the other, the saleswoman did her job badly.
In short, I sent $ 24.14 to the trash ...
I communicated by e-mail with the shop telling them my troubles. No news ... so I will not set foot in this shop again ...

je dois vous avouer que j’ai été ravie. J’ai eu une VRAIE belle expérience client. En plus d’être pendant la période de la pandémie et d’acheter des soutien-gorges , disons que je ne pensais pas ressortir de mon magasinage avec un 5 étoiles ? comme qualité de services conseils .
Je tiens à remercier celle qui m’a gentiment aidé et conseillé. Elle a contribué à me rappeler qu’un contact humain dans un magasin quand ceux-ci nous offre le plaisir de connaître leur marchandise, c’est ce qu’il y a de mieux.

Today I went shopping, which has not happened so often since the pandemic.
I must tell you, I was delighted. I had a REAL great customer experience. Besides being during the pandemic period and buying bras, let's say that I didn't think I would come out of my shopping with a 5 star ? for quality of advisory service.
I want to thank the one who kindly helped and advised me. She helped remind me that a human touch in a store when they give us the pleasure of knowing their merchandise, that's the best.

I wanted more options for Empreinte bras than I could find locally, and tried Underworld Lingerie as they had the best selection for ordering online that I could find within Canada. After ordering, Diane from the store reached out to let me know one style was being discontinued, but also asked if I was familiar with the fit of Empreinte bras to ensure I was getting what I wanted. This prompted an email exchange where Diane and I discussed options and she was able to help me figure out the best choice for style and size. We ended up changing one bra for another that would be a better fit. Diane took the time to go above and beyond to confirm I was going to be happy with the outcome. I appreciated this, because Empreinte bras are a higher price point – worth it, but definitely an investment so you want to be sure you’re ordering one that works for you! I will definitely order from them again.

The staff member and owner were very helpful and knowledgeable. Both knew their bras and how to help fit people. All three of us left happy and very satisfied with the service and our purchases! We will definitley return again or shop online.
