★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise service je suis aller pour faire mes papier il mont dit que fallai que je paie a la fin l'orsque mes papiers seront dans leur main jai pris ma foto tous j'ai du attendre 2mois chaque semaine jappellai aujourd'hui j'ai décider de les appeller pour savoir se qui se passe , On me dit no il fallai que je paie lorsque je me suis présenté, je leur es dit que j'allais payer pr a la fin me dire no por me dire apres des mois qu'ils fallait payer tsaaay blablabla !! Telefoniste tres arrogante .!!! No me gustó los servicio, la recepcionista era muy arrogante , deberian de ser mas organizado.
Bad service I went to do my papers he told me that I had to pay at the end when my papers were in their hands I took my photo all I had to wait 2 months every week I called today I decided to call them to find out what is going on, I am told no, I had to pay when I showed up, I told them that I was going to pay at the end, tell me no, to tell me after months that they had to pay tsaaay blablabla!! Very arrogant telephone operator. No me gustó los servicio, la recepcionista era muy arrogante, deberian de ser mas organizado.

Good service and management. Sometimes you have to take it easy because they are overworked, but generally these people solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees and sub-consuls have the same arrogant attitude of Dominican politicians and service is no better than their attitude. This representation is a total shame for the image of the Dominican Republic in Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst consulate ever. We needed some information about getting married to the DR. Called 3x, got different information. Went 2x? Got different information as well. They make you wait forever at the reception. Cannot communicate properly in English and French. Ended up doing all the paperwork in DR, took us 2 days but everything was done perfectly and for cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but its true that there is no customer service and rude people working inside.i called to reniew my passport and person who attended started asking me stupid questions instead of giving any positive information. And at the end they asked my number that some one will call me to tell me what to do and guess what ,4 days have passed and no call. I tried calling them again and no body picks up the telephone. Well we hoped with new govt things will get a bit better but no hopes i guess. :(
