H	H Vaillancourt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are very low in comparison to other parkings in downtown. Excellent service of valet. The staff is nice, professional and work fast.
m	mendy bruck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OH MY GOD!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, DO NOT PARK IT HERE!!! I PARKED ONCE AND THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR IN 2 PLACES. I ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD SIMPLY "HE DOESN'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU"!! I ASKED IF THEY CAN REVIEW THE CAMERAS TO SEE WHO DAMAGED MY CAR BUT AGAIN THEY REFUSED. IT WAS CLEAR THAT THEY BACKED MY CAR UP INTO A WALL AND THEN SWIPED IT ON A POLE. MY CAR WAS DIRTY SO IT WAS VERY CLEAR THAT THE DAMAGE WAS DONE BY THEM BUT WHEN I MENTIONED IT, I SAW THE MANAGER (in a suit) DISAPPEAR SUDDENLY. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO CALL THE POLICE AND WAIT SO I JUST LEFT. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR. EVER!!!

The guys will go park your car and if it’s before evening, they’ll even go get it for you (usually after 6 you have to go up and get your car yourself). Otherwise it’s a great option.
T	Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! Very convenient to just drop your car and go in the morning. The guys are nice and price is great! Park 8-12hrs most days for 12.50 ( +tip). Don't understand all the bad reviews, have never had a problem here. Highly recommended.
H	HAIKEL NOUR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So went to work this morning. Parked my car Finish work, go get my car and surprise surprise almost 100 kilo more on my car. They didn't even bring back the gaz to were ir was. Call the number and talk to someone that is apparently the owner. Explain the situation and he tell me, sir you should forget our parking in the futur....(obviously its kind of a given that you wont see my car there anymore) Then he suggested that my car was not counting miles properly.... (Sure and the issue started today after I used your parking) Word of advise dont use this parking, not worth it for the price difference compare to other near that area. They should add rental service to their advertising.
A	Allan Bassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dumb setup for a garage (that just happens to have a great location in the city). These guys should cut down on employee costs and get an automated gate/ticket machine. Pulling into the garage, I had a guy wander out (no uniform, ID, tag, anything) and tell me "Okay... you're leaving before midnight... okay get out, I'm going to park your car". Not exaggerating -- I thought I was dealing with the most straight-to-the-point carjacker in the city. It was super sketchy, and I 180'd outta there as soon as possible. I get that some garages have valets to ensure efficient parking... but if you're in the heart of a city like Montreal, you have to have some legitimacy. Get some work vests on, or even a name-tag. You could have had a repeat customer for months, but I don't want to get my crappy car back with scratches and a dead battery because it got dumped in some dank corner with a key in the ignition.

Let me just start off by saying that the the employees were arrogant, impolite, disorganized and unprofessional. When we first arrived one of the men working there basically yelled at us from the desk for some reason I'm unaware of. He then came to our car, opened the door and basically forced us out of the car so he could go park it without any explanation of the services what so ever. When we returned, I caught them speeding in the parking lot with their clients cars, not to mention it's very tight in there. It's a parking lot not a racetrack. The employee actually almost hit us with the car because he was speeding and then went on to yell at us, when it was his colleague who sent us up there to begin with. Might I add he didn't even bother apologizing. We then went to our car only to find out that they left all of the windows rolled down, the doors unlocked and the key in the ignition. So basically anyone could get into our car. When we asked the man to bring our key to the bureau he even argued that it was not possible and that it must remain in the ignition. I'm a very patient person and I tolerate a lot; but this was unacceptable to me. I know what it's like to serve clients and this is not how it's done.

To my surprise I had scratches and a dent where my door meets the pillar. Asked for a manager and they couldn’t even provide a # for me to call. Stay away.
