★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été client pour eux pendant trois ans et quand j'ai résilié mon abonnement ce fut pénible, lourd et découragent. Ils ont continué de prélevé de l'argent quand mon terme était finis... L'enfer!!!Une administration faible et de mauvaise foi qui veulent vous volé juste votre argent! Un service à clientèle exécrable ! Ne prenez pas d'abonnement avec eux c'est le conseil que je vous donne! Vous êtes mieux de marché un peu et de trouvé un autre stationnement c'est pas trop dur ils sont les plus cher! La pire compagnie de stationnement au Canada!!!
I was a customer for them for three years and when I canceled my subscription it was painful, cumbersome and discouraging. They continued to draw money when my term was over ... Hell !!! A weak and bad faith administration that just want to steal your money! An execrable customer service! Do not take a subscription with them is the advice I give you! You are better off a bit and finding another parking is not too hard they are the most expensive! The worst parking company in Canada !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The rude parking attendant barked orders at us when we arrived. I went to pay, and he ran my credit card. I saw that the transaction went through and was approved, but because his machine was out of ink and it didn't print out he insisted that I run my card again. I wasn't going to be charged again and I told him that and he went crazy on me claiming that he was was going to have to pay for my parking if I didn't run my card again. I called my credit card company and asked for the transaction to be canceled and I went to another garage.
