Got a small speed ticket for 2 demerits points
They took my money, then four months later they tried to talk to the city attorney to eliminate or to reduce the ticket , the city attoryney said no.
Then they contacted to tell me i had the choice to ether pay my ticket or go to court.
IF YOU LIVE IN LAVAL DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. The city attorney in LAVAL DON'T BARGAIN police tickets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very complicated case. I was accused of hit and run. One of my friend suggested Neolegal for my case. i was not very sure if they could help me but decided to try their service. I am so so so glad that Neolegal was on my side. Last November, my case has been closed succesfully. It is very easy and quick to contact them. They are very nice, honest and helpful all the time. I cannot do more than writing a small review for them but they did so much for me (like 9 points:))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to the lawyer looking at my situation we spoke in detail regarding my concerns she was honest & enlightened me of the probable out come of my case & was explicit regarding moving forward with my action. Although I chose not to proceed any further regarding this matter I certainly would call Neolegal without hesitation. Apart from the competant advice I received everything was completed over the phone & internet from the convenience of my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most non-responsive legal firm I've dealt with. After I signed on and paid my fee for a demand letter, I used their portal to communicate. After numerous messages and two weeks no one got back to me. I ended up resolving my issue on my own without their demand letter. When I requested my refund they told me that the 10 minute meeting I had with a lawyer to gather documents needed to proceed with the actual demand letter meeting was charable as a meeting with a lawyer. Even though they didn't send me my demand letter. So they credited me back $70 of the $209 they originally charge me. So, to tell me what they needed and then not respond once I got the documents they requested, I was charged $129.
Find a real lawyer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an awful customer service. They miscalculated the service they gave me. They charged me for four correspondences and they only wrote two letters for me and said I am done. they are not letting me to talk to my lawyer anymore. They are making more complications for me. I paid them for help and now it is three weeks that I am waiting for them to fix their own problem on my account. They also told me today that their supervisor will call me but she did not! After three times I called them and asked them to fix the problem because I am in rush. Never will work with them again! Too much stress in an already stressful situation. No help!
