Le commis sur place a exigé que je paye d'avance alors que les personnes devant sont passées sans payer car normalement le paiement se fait à la sortie à la borne de paiement. La personne était impolie et parlait avec agressivité. J'ai contacté la compagnie pour porter plainte mais la personne responsable d’après eux n'est pas la et elle est injoignable. Si j'avais la possibilité de mettre 0 étoiles j'allais le mettre ! Je vous déconseille fortement dans ce parking de toute façon il y'a une dizaine aux alentours avec un excellent service !! Apprenez à bien traiter vos clients car c'est la base d'un service à la clientèle et car sans eux vous n'aurez aucun business.
Customer service 0! The on-site clerk demanded that I pay in advance while the people in front passed without paying because normally the payment is made at the exit at the terminal of payment. The person was rude and spoke aggressively. I contacted the company to complain but the person responsible for them is not there and it is unreachable. If I had the opportunity to put 0 stars I was going to put it! I strongly recommend against this parking anyway there is a dozen around with excellent service! Learn how to treat your customers well because it is the basis of a customer service and without them you will not have any business.
