★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On their website saying they open only Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to 12:30. I went to there on Tuesday 10:20, found they were closed with no sense, no notice, with no reason. That fools people!! Really bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all it’s at 1255 and not 1155 René-Levesque as shown on Google. They never fixed that. Secondly the assistant consul general is rude, passive aggressive, combative and unprofessional. I would suggest driving to Ottawa to get a visa or you risk being insulted and treated like a young kid. Worse ‘diplomatic’ experience I have ever had and I’ve traveled to over 100 countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really efficient, I got there at 9 am and was given a number and told to come back at 9:45. I filled the form when I got back, went into the office for the interview with all my paperwork, photos and cash for the visa. I paid an extra 100$ for the multiple entry tourist visa to get it right away. I was out of there at 10:15 am with my visa ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I called the embassy on December 27th, 2018 at 11.55 for some information. The sad side of the story is that the representative hang up the phone on me before letting me explain my situation; in the middle of the conversation. Unbelievableeee!!!! Not only that. All calls were forward to answering machine later. I was not rude. I just want a specific information about my case. You have all the information, please feel to listen to my call and check the poor quality of customer service provided by this employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dessapointed! My chinese workmate just tell her bad experience that she went there for a tourist visa this morning. She arrived at the 25th Floor of CIBC Tower, got a number and waited for 1 hour in front of reception.She was called to enter Room 43 and waited for 30 mins, the same lady who had called her came. “Is your passport is Canadian?” “No, it is Chinese”. “Sorry, you should go to Ottawa, we don’t accept Chinese applicant”....What a hell, she had applied tourist visa there 4 years ago, why doesn’t mention changement on your website, or mention when she got there. Waste of almost 2 hours for nothing. And this office only open on Thuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 12:30, she had to be off from work...Sad for her unfair experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had an awful and humiliating experience with the lady who processes the visas in the Montreal office. She yelled at me twice for apologizing I had not been able to fill 1 or 2 sections in the visa application form, then she said I will be in trouble if I tell my friends or colleagues that she processed my visa in 48 hours "under special circumstances". Is this a fair way to treat applicants by threatening and blackmailing them?
