I recently got a new eye perscription, and as serendipity would have it, as we were headed to the art museum, we made a detour into Geroge Laoun Opticien's door. There I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica who excitedly showed me the amazing Francis Klein section...it was such a great experience to see so many great frames! After choosing one, Jessica took a great deal of time to measure the frame for my face and for my prescription. I never had anyone take so much time in measuring exactly and reassuring me that this frame would work out perfectly. We came back to our home in North Carolina and I want to tell you how very thrilled I am with my new glasses. All of the time that Jessica spent with me, her professional, gentle manner, all meant so much. I never had such a great experience and such a high quality of lense in this amazing frame. I wanted to tell you that you about the great optical technician, Jessica. P	P&L Dawson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a client, but we were visiting the art gallery next door with my daughter and her friend, and the girls walked in here absolutely fascinated by the beautiful glasses on display. The owner's daughter spent at least half an hour patiently letting the girls try on anything they desired, and this was their highlight of the day (even more interesting than the art gallery!) Thank you for being so lovely, really going above and beyond when it was obvious we were visiting Montreal and couldn't even be prospective customers. This is customer service at its best and if I were a resident I would definitely be a client.

They support small brand names around the world that make quality goods. You will find that their eye wear is made in Italy, Japan, and so much more. They are a bit expensive but I think definitely worth it. Very friendly staff

Everytime I visit, I always feel like royalty they truly know how to serve and appreciate each and every customer, It shows how much they value each person that walks in. They always give their professional advice and i always end up loving glasses that I never thought I would wear. They are true experts in their field and they can simply know what will suit you best by simply talking to you and analyzing your face structure. Highly recommend anyone to visit! Also the store is simply an art to look at they really have the best visual presentation!
