★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a loyal customer, always came here to get phone screens fixed. But with 2 bad experiences with expensive phones is just horrible.I let the first one go because it's not that big of a problem. But the second time horrible. Came to get something fix but breaks the another one. Also gives bad information. I was told my home button would costs 35$ and it would be done in 10 mins but said to come back tomorrow because they had no stock for a home button. I come back the next day the price went up to 50$ and had to wait for 30-40 mins. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: DON'T COME HERE. At least not with a Sony Xperia phone. I have brought my phone to iTronics, because this place didn't have stock on my battery, and thank god they didn't! They gave told me that the screen is damaged from not being installed correctly, and that the battery was so badly damaged they were surprised I could use my phone at all. I can even visibly see the damage when they showed it to me. Honestly, I'm still never come back here.
Lots of mistakes by these guys, but they always fixed it. Best price, and still somehow the fastest service. I've had no problems with my screen replacement, I'm using it now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE. horrible client services, all they care about is making quick cash. Went here for a glass screen protector, they offered to put it on for me and it didn't even last a day. It fell off naturally without dropping my phone. Went back the next day for another one or a refund and they were not willing to do anything to help. Just told me that i'd have to pay another 20$ for another one. Do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, This has been by far the worst experience ever. We went to change a cracked screen. Came back to pick up the phone everything seemed fine. Once I started texting the letters started going crazy and the phone started to bug. I was told to bring the phone back and they would fix it. This happened on 4 different occasions. Each time had to bring the phone back. Finally it took 2 weeks of waiting they finally replaced the screen, there were air bubbles on the screen after installation I was told to try it to see if it works and they would fix this after in needed. The screen cracked within one week, never dropped it, and they told me that since it cracked they will not replace it and wanted to charge me again for a repair. They disregarded the original issue with the air bubbles and told me it my fault now that the screen is cracked they cannot replace the bubbles and it's my fault.. The worst customer service, incompetent, will never go back and suggest you don't go either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my HTC phone to get a replacement battery here. The phone worked perfectly fine but the battery life was not good anymore. I asked them multiple times if they were familiar with the specific model of my phone, in which they said they were. They told me it would be a quick fix, and to come back an hour later. When I came back, he said it was "harder than he thought" and that the mall was closed now so I would have to wait until tomorrow to get the phone back. A couple of days (yes not the next day) later, I went to pick up my phone. The battery was replaced, yes, but they had completely broken the touchscreen! I could no longer type properly on the on screen keyboard vertically, and when I told them they said (and i quote) "just type horizontally!". There was also very visible cracks on the side of the phone where they had forced it open. They took a perfectly good phone and caused more problems then before. Please never ever come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start off by saying they fixed my cellphone in under 1 day...handed to them in the morning and picked it up at 5. Very professional, nice and welcoming and good business people. My LCD screen was broken and they changed it out for a new one. Works good as new. I am typing on it as we speak and if anything happens I'll update! So far working amazing thanks guys!
