My fist time at this store the service was exellent but on Jan 8 at 3h45pm the service was probably the worst I ever experienced and I am store manager. The representative came from the second floor with it's jacket on and asked me what I needed from the bottom of the stairs. I politely asked a few questions but the answer I received were all impatient, incomplete and impolite. He smiles arrogantly and even laughed at me (Not in a good way) since I was not using the correct *Virgin language* for a buy back. He had this deadeyes look about himself if you scroll bellow he is mentioned a few more times. I have 61 review and I believe this is the only time I ever gave 1 star to a place.

Sally, the manager is not exactly very bright and she doesn't know how to do her basic job properly. She gives herself too much importance and will waste your time by talking way too much without really saying anything that makes sense. She really has no idea of what she's doing trust me lol ! If you want quick and efficient service with smart and professional staff go to Eaton Center Virgin mobile ( downstairs) and ask for Nadir.

I always had good experience with virgin mobile as of today , the store has different sales man some are willing to hook up the target and some they are there just to spend the day, I was lucky to find the sales man Tarik that he shows his willingness to provide the good customer care and went trough the list to offer me good price plan as I was looking for . Thank y again for your service even tho if I didn’t get the colour that I was looking for .

Worst customer service you can find / luckily for them I will respect my contract but they can count the last months as a customer / abusive contract / not sure how they can get away with what they do

They were so helpful, and obviously were trying their best to save me as much money as possible. There was a long line of customers and only 2 employees, even though they were a bit rushed I still felt like a priority. I walked in thinking I needed to get my phone sent out for repair (off warranty), and walked out with a brand new phone (free!) a better plan, and only paying a small amount more per month than I was before. I'd strongly recommend going to this location for their quality of service.

The staff was nice enough, they set me up with a new phone and a good deal. However they installed the wrong screen protector on my phone, I didn't notice it right away because it was similar but now its all I notice. Also they told me the chargers I had for my previous iphone would absolutely not work with my new iphone. I was skeptical but bought the new charger. After noticing the screen protector and figuring out that my old charger worked perfectly fine I went back to the store. They told me there was nothing they could do because it was past the 15 day return window. The charger was still unopened in the box and the screen protector was clearly wrong but hey refused to help me. I would not recommend shopping here but if you do, be wary of their sales tactics and do your research before hand.
