★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS COMPANY WILL FRAUD YOU!!! Gave them payment information, NEVER received my phone number and 2 days later I got charges on my CC from our of country. CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON YOU BEFORE THEY EVEN PICK UP! These people should be in jail!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own and operate a limousine service. We missed a call from this company on October 2, 2018, and there was no voice mail message left. I am on vacation, but thought it may have been a potential client, as it's our practice to call back the number.
I spoke with a representative who tried to make a sale of their merchant services. I politely shared that we're pleased with our present merchant provider, and have no intentions of switching. The representative, said just give us a chance to explain the benefits of working with them and continued to push. I then shared that in the past we've given that opportunity to other merchant providers, and it didn't prove beneficial for my company. Also, I shared that I'm on vacation, and was only returning the call as the representative interrupted me, and said if you're on vacation don't return the call and hung up.
I thought, if we were searching for a new merchant provider, this wouldn't be the company for us.
Excellent method of losing potential customers and causing them to write negative reviews. I'd hate to have employees such as this in my company.
If I could, I'd give a zero star review.
