★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne surtout pas signer de contrat avec Voxtel : ils vendent du rève et derrière rien ne fonctionne et personne ne vous dépanne car tous aussi incompétents. En cas de soucis plus personne ne décroche le téléphone ni se déplace : je suis actuellement en panne d'internet et de standard téléphonique depuis plusieurs jours et le service Commercial comme le service SAV sont injoignables ! La seule chose qui fonctionne c'est le prélèvement mensuel sur mon compte bancaire !!!....
Above all, do not sign a contract with Voxtel: they sell dreams and behind nothing works and no one helps you out because they are all equally incompetent. In case of problems, nobody picks up the phone or moves: I have currently had an internet and switchboard breakdown for several days and the Commercial and After-Sales Service cannot be reached! The only thing that works is the monthly withdrawal from my bank account !!! ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis plus de 3 semaines de gros soucis de téléphonie et internet. L'entreprise fonctionne au ralentis à cause d'eux. Malgré de multiples appel téléphonique rien n'est résolu. Je recommande pas du tout Voxtel.
For more than 3 weeks of major telephone and internet concerns. The business is slowing down because of them. Despite multiple phone calls nothing is resolved. I do not recommend Voxtel at all.

Depuis deux moi nous sommes-nous prélevés de plus de 1200€ par mois alors que rien n’a encore été mis en service
Surtout à éviter

Beware very very very dishonest company
For the past two months, we have taken more than €1,200 per month when nothing has yet been put into service

Le service est lamentable, les collaborateurs incompétents, nous avons constamment des coupures mais bien sûr jamais de retour de leur part !!
Ils ne répondent JAMAIS à nos mails et appels c'est inadmissible, nous sommes une entreprise et nous perdons un temps fou avec eux.
Au début vous avez le droit à des très belles paroles mais une fois le contrat signé c'est catastrophique et je vois bien que nous ne sommes pas les seuls contrairement à ce qu'ils disent !
1 étoile c'est déjà bien trop pour eux, faites attention ! A FUIR !

The service is lamentable, the employees incompetent, we constantly have cuts but of course never back from them !!
They NEVER answer our emails and calls it's unacceptable, we are a business and we waste a lot of time with them.
At the beginning you have the right to very nice words but once the contract is signed it is catastrophic and I can see that we are not the only ones, contrary to what they say!
1 star is already too much for them, be careful! TO FLEE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrat signé en 2020. Depuis que des soucis . Coupures régulières de la ligne, fonctionnement anormal du matériel...Aucun remboursement sur le contrat racheté comme convenu à la signature de celui ci.
Service après ventre en mode fantôme. De grosses difficultés pour les contacter et si par bonheur vous réussissez à avoir un interlocuteur, il n'y a aucune suite ou amélioration.
Entreprise à surtout éviter qui ne mérite aucune étoile. Malheureusement il faut en mettre une pour publier le commentaire.
Contract signed in 2020. Since worries. Regular cuts in the line, abnormal operation of the equipment... No refund on the contract bought back as agreed upon signing it.
Service after belly in ghost mode. Big difficulties to contact them and if luckily you manage to have an interlocutor, there is no follow-up or improvement.
Company to avoid especially which does not deserve any star. Unfortunately you have to put one to publish the comment.
