He was so patient, despite my partner being short tempered .After a long time , we managed. I dont know how Marc managed to keep his cool .But he did. We are grateful Marc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here was excellent. I got a new phone and they made it super easy. When that phone started to act up they were happy to help with getting it replaced with no hassle. There's a good selection of accessories and they have excellent social distancing policies in effect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable! Ive been here for minimum 30mins and still am waiting. You walk in and theres no obvious front desk and no one approaches you. There are a lot of customers here and there were two employees, one just walked out as if they weren’t already understaffed!! Now there’s one guy in the whole shop and so he obviously cant manage anything. The customer service is literally horrific. Had to go speak to the guy to remind him we were still there, he was awfully nice but hes obviously overwhelmed by the customers. And this is on saint Catherines! You’d think they would make sure they’re not understaffed in such a conveniently located branch. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change my phone because my old one was severely damaged with 10 minutes before the store was supposed to close. When I arrived the store was already closed and I was motioned away from the door. After insisting that they open the door, I was told that they were under staffed and they couldn’t even operate normally. Why is this store even open?
