★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was quite bad when we arrived. There was no one else in the store and two employees and no one came to serve us. After requesting assistance they didn't even measure my son's size correctly so the shoe did not fit and their advertised sale only included one shoe. Needless to say we left without buying anything. I've been there before and own Ecco shoes but I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looks good, the staff is nice, but I don't think you're getting your money's worth for Ecco shoes.
They boasted how good their shoes were made, but my city winter boots are now coming off the sole and I have to repair them at my expense since I'm off the short 1 year warranty (not to mention they aren't water proof and that they nearly killed me with their ultra slippery sole when there is 1cm of snow on the ground)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the last time you see me. I've been buying every shoe I own there for the past 12ish years. Took 50 minutes to park today and still had to walk for 10 minutes to get there. If the city is going to wage war on cars, there are going to be casualties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also felt the service was so-so at best. Certainly not friendly. I was quite surprised (underwhelmed?) that since they didn't have my size to try on that I would have to purchase the shoes for them to order them, so I could try them. REALLY?? I think they take their clients for granted honestly. Their shoes ARE terrific though... so they just have to fix their service.
