★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t update their hours consistently. The only way to return online orders in Canada is in stores. Myself and other buyers were frustrated to find the store closed at 6 when it says 7pm on Google and that it was “updated a week ago.” Misleading and employee was not understanding and wouldn’t let me return anything at 6:05, when it was their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the span of a week I bought about 300 CAD of gifts and clothing in urban outfitters, most notably a Holga 135mm and a Uzumaki Junji Ito pair of pants.
First, the camera got stuck, the remainder of the film that was inside (about half of it, 15-20 pictures) but we managed to put a new film and go on with our trip. Then, less than 12 hours later, the film release button got stuck as well. We cannot take the finished film out without losing the pictures to light exposure. The camera cannot be used and two films were lost because of it.
The pants, which were quite expensive but had a cool design, started peeling off the same way very old shirts start losing theirs printed images after many washes. I have worn them once, haven't event gone through the washing machine.
This has not only been a loss of money (which we expect to get back in some form or another) but also a loss of time since we won't be able to recover many of the pictures taken during our trip to Montreal, nor the time waiting in line at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what's happening but when they have sales their prices are crazy, I literally bought and embroidered jacket for 15 bucks that is Crazy, like don't even bother buy their stuff that just got out. Also the vendors are super nice , I love them.
