Ive purchased a Tuxedo from Holts Renfrew Gucci department Toronto on May 10th 2022. The tailor, Tony, took my measurments for alterations and it was noted to ship Tuxedo for following week to Montreal where i live. I was instructed to go to Holts Renfrew Montreal for final fitting from sales rep Kevin and Ronald. They noted my wedding date and reassured me that it would not be a problem. (amazing/professional service from Toronto 50 Bloor st W store) Ounce i received Tuxedo in Montreal, I called Holts Renfrew and spoke to Carlos from Gucci department to schedule an appointment for the final fitting. He advised his manager Mauricio and informed me to just come threw, no need for appointment. I went same day due to the short time frame remaining to my wedding (1week). They called their tailor ounce i got fully dressed in Tuxedo. She said that she does not have time to adjust Tuxedo due to short staff. Mauricio, the manager, did not find any solution and told me simply sorry nothing he can do. I asked for an alteration credit so that I can take my Tuxedo to another tailor, he refused. They all kept blaming it on Toronto Gucci which i found low and uncalled for. I asked for a refund for the extremely expensive Tuxedo since they claim that it was Gucci fault and they also refused. I never expected to receive this kind of service/behaviour from a reputable high end brand. Horrible experience at worst possible time before biggest day of my life.

The younger sales rep at the Killian fragrance counter is AMAZING. Super professional and kind, she helped me pick out a perfume that 100% fit my taste:) I also had a superb experience with the representative of Jo Malone (she gave me a rundown of how the brand took off, how the fragrances are recommended to be used, and which scents to combine). Finally, Neila (or Naila, i'm so sorry) was really knowledgeable and was able to assist me in finding out more about Hermès and MFK fragrances. Overall really good service from these particular women!

I want to leave you a 0 but that’s impossible so I give you a 1 !!!! Went to DIOR to get a pair of earrings for my sister bday! The sales lady was kind but the people at the cash very condescending! Giving me judging looks . Inspecting everything single thing that I was wearing. Very unpleasant!!! What’s the point of doing that ? It’s not your store ! The money doesn’t go to your pocket !!! You are supposed to represent a high-end name! Luxury does not mean having 0 class!!! People that can’t afford to go there, don’t go! So what’s the point of profiling me ???? They act as if they own the place and have millions in their account on a 20$ salary lol even people with money don’t behave this way!! I hope they improve their customer service but based on the comments I’ve seen here, they probably won’t !!! I just know that next time this happens I won’t stay silent !!! I can make them feel very unpleasant too!!

Employees were very kind and one helped me pick a beautiful jacket. I come often to this store and I feel like they are playing the same song over and over . I believe that they could improve the atmosphere by playing different music ! Overall, definitely an awesome place to shop in mtl.

Often get a bad service, feels like they don't want to serve me because I don't dress/look rich. I was looking for a perfume for a gift and one of the employee ( old lady with white hair ) came in my face and said " that's 400$ by the way" without I even asked anything. Really rude. Do not judge a book by its cover, because you would be really surprised. The lady with curly hair in shoe department was really kind though and she made me feel respected. I think her name was Kayla. Either way, employees should have better training on how to serve people, this is how you can keep from having new clients.

The space is elegant and refined however the brunch is simply not worth it. I ordered bacon Benedict which was fine but for the price it’s simply not justified. Our waitress was wonderful despite forgetting our order of fries. This place is all about the name thus going once for curiosity is all that is needed.

High end designer store, Fendi, LV, Gucci, Chanel. Tons of bags and shoes, probably more then clothes, nice jewelry and watch options too. The personal we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. There's a cafe as well and it's attached to the Four seasons hotel, so you can walk into their bar. It's not a loud chaotic store, nice relaxed vibe
