★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classy, I love the brand... But WAY overpriced compared to the Euro prices, you get charged an easy 20% extra (+tax) than in Europe...
But they never see to ever have sales or discount.
Interesting layout for the store, no layers, just go around the racks.
I wanted that coat, I left without.
I guess I'll just buy it in my next trip to France....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shop. First time I saw it was at Carrefour Laval. I love the simple and minimalist designs.
Very chic. It's my new favorite place to shop. People at work including the Boss owner commented on how my dress looks so chic. She asked where I bought the dress. The sales people are very helpful especially I had to ask them a couple of times
For sizes to try on. Love ! Love! Love! This shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow. Effing rude staff. That blonde girl in all black at the dressing rooms... Let someone with a personal shopper cut me in line and treated me like I was penniless. Then an associate walked in on me , while the door to the dressing room was closed, and instead of saying sorry he yelled “lock the door next time” and left. What a terrible experience. You’re working at Cos, not Gucci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually enjoy shopping at COS. There floor supervisor is very professional and polite. But the other associates of the store are juste terrible. They are super rude and they always give attitude to clients. When there is an issue, they always try to blame the client instead of finding the solution. Such a waste of time to deal with them. I hope that COS can spend more time to train their associates properly and make the team professional and correct the terrible attitude.
