★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a formal Ball last week and needed to rent a ball gown.
I actually booked an appointment with another rental place (which I won’t name...but it’s a well known dress rental store in Montreal) and was treated so poorly I was nearly in tears.
I called Loue 1 Robe hoping to get a walk in appointment and they said I could come in right away.
Sarah is simply the best. She made me feel comfortable right away. She asked what the event was for, asked what I usually wear and things that I feel comfortable in. She asked so many questions that I felt like she really cared about the impression I wanted to make.
Every dress she showed me was gorgeous. After 4 gowns I knew I had the right one. I felt beautiful and really well treated by her entire team.
The cost is completely reasonable and you don’t have to worry about things like dry cleaning. Just pick up your dress the day before your event and return it the day after. It couldn’t be easier.
You have a client for life. Thank you so much!!!!
PS, I was told by many people at the event I went to that my gown was one of the most beautiful of the night!

I initially didn’t trust that you have to pay 30$ whether you pick a dress or not , because I had been to another rental place prior to this and it wasn’t worth it at all. The 30$ they charge here is worth every penny for their 1 on 1 styling service! And if you pick a dress the fee is waved. This is my third time picking a dress and each time I have felt valued and extremely comfortable. This is a private 1 on 1 consultation. It feels like I’m someone important who they closed the store for. The stylist and owner Sarra who worked with me on all three occasions really understood what I wanted and surprised me with some items I never thought would look good on me. You get an hour and on all 3 occasions so far I have found my dress within the first 15 minutes. I love the concept and you can tell that it is her passion. I personally also am self conscious sometimes about my body and it was nice to try on dresses without anyone staring at me ( even if that might be in my head ?). I love this extremely professional company and would definitely recommend !
Also... if you combine the price spent on all three dresses that would have been the price of one dress of the same quality , a dress I would never wear again.

Sara is passionate and she is extremely helpful.
I told her that I was looking for someone to do my hair and my makeup, and she found someone to do it. The result exceeded my expectations.
Also, she found us a good place in the hotel for us.
Overall, I would say it was extremely easy.
My husband and I were extremely happy. Sara played a key role for us.
I would recommend her anytime.

This will definitely be a staple for me (actually if I could never shop again and only rent from them that would be a dream!)
