★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai toujours entendu des bons mots par rapport à ce cabinet, mais j'ai vite compris que ce cabinet n'est pas à la hauteur de sa réputation. Quand j'ai appelé le cabinet pour avoir un avocat de litige, la personne qui est supposé me rappeler ne l'a pas fait. J'ai donc appelé le lendemain, on m'a dit qu'on comprends pas pourquoi l'avocat en charge ne s'est pas occupé de l'appel. L'avocat m'appelle quelques minutes après pour avoir des informations sur l'entreprise en question. J'attends deux jours + 3 jours de pâques+ 1 jour additonel où j'appelle et l'avocat n'a toujours pas vérifié l'état de l'entreprise sil y a un conflit d'intérêt. C'est une entreprise individuelle... et on n'est même pas rendu à une consultation juridique, rien du tout. Aujourd'hui, j'ai toujours pas de rappel. Ça fait déjà une semaine et demi que j'avais besoin d'un avocat ou une avocate en urgence. Imaginez le temps d'attente dans le cas où vous avez besoin d'une demande d'injonction. Très déçu du service et l'organisation. On dirait qu'on veux pas s'occuper de nous.
I have always heard good words about this firm, but I quickly understood that this firm does not live up to its reputation. When I called the firm to get a litigation attorney, the person who was supposed to call me back didn't. So I called the next day, I was told that we don't understand why the lawyer in charge didn't take care of the call. The lawyer calls me a few minutes later to get information on the company in question. I wait two days + 3 days of Easter + 1 additional day where I call and the lawyer still hasn't verified the state of the company if there is a conflict of interest. It's a sole proprietorship...and we haven't even gone to a legal consultation, nothing at all. Today, I still have no callback. It's been a week and a half since I needed a lawyer urgently. Imagine the wait time in the event that you need an injunction. Very disappointed with the service and the organization. Looks like they don't want to take care of us.
