★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They do not cater to English people, period. Even if you are fully bilingual. Their priority is to find French people employment first, then bilinguals, and they don't even consider you if you speak only English even if the posting asks for specifically for English speakers, in that case they recommend bilingual people. They blatantly discriminate and made my job search a lot more difficult offering false promises and giving me the runaround. It was a complete waste of my time. I only gave 2 stars because at least the girl working on my file was nice and compassionate. Even she understood the discrimination within their policies.

Eli is a skilled, focused and dedicated Recruitment Specialist who realizes what an anxiety-inducing experience interviews can be. He possesses an innate ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for his candidates thereby providing them with a platform to express who they are and what their capacities entail. With this full understanding, Eli can then, in turn, not only guide his candidates towards suitable employment but can also properly represent them to prospective employers, as he recently did for me.
I was so impressed when Eli went above and beyond his call of duty as a Recruitment Specialist when he realized that I lacked the technical know-how to set up my iPhone for an upcoming video conference interview. He patiently instructed me by telephone on his own time, for a duration of one hour and a half, until I was set up.
