★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked here for exactly one year now. The place is perfectly place next to malls and other area. The job the pay the bonus are on point.
The reason I'm only giving it 2 stars is due to the agents there, most of them are very childish, very loud and obnoxious. It feels like you're in highschool with all the drama.
If you're into easy hookups and weed you'll get a lot of friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons: Company announces bonuses for productivity but steal from their own employees paying you a little portion of it, greedy, worst team leaders enforce rules they don't follow, Company give you more calls per minute than you can handle, No windows to open or air ventilation, a great place for viruses to jump from one person to another, unsafe workplace in flu season. Pros: relaxed atmosphere compared to other call centres when it comes to bending the rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the worst. People are leaving so fast and they dont want to go back. They dont pay the evening and weekend premium which is against the law. No benefits with this company. Massive workload and you get less than the basic salary. Please avoid.

It's amazing company to work for.
They're very understanding and kind, always there for you if you have questions or help to find solutions to your requests.
I referred my sister to work with us which she did for a few years until she went on maternity leave.
I just referred my best friend who is now working for them as well and she loves it.
I would definitely suggest to work for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to work, I have been there since 2014 and have loved every moment. Office is located in central downtown close to all transportation hubs, restos and shops. Has more of a family feel then a big corporate office. Lots of fun days and company activities for all employees. Decent benefits and good work life balance. The team managers are caring and knowledgeable. Great place to learn about business and not only call centers. If you are willing to work hard and care you can advance pretty easily. Most of the managers were promoted internally and they always promote internal before going outside.
