Ce matin j'ai signalé une plainte et immédiatement il y a quelqu'un qui a fait accès à mon courriel... Qu'elle belle équipe! Des Québécois ?
 After several years of email theft, I have found that the people accessing my emails are Telus employees who work in customer service * 611. This morning I reported a complaint and immediately there was someone who gave access to my email ... What a great team! Quebecers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client pendant près de 15 ans. Service à la clientèle exécrable. On dit qu'on vous rappellera dans les 24-48 et ils ne le font pas. Forfait beaucoup trop cher et ne propose pas de solutions moindre, souvent obligé d'appeler pour des frais facturés en trop. J'ai fini par changer d'opérateur.
Client for almost 15 years. Excruciating customer service. They say we will call you back in 24-48 and they don't. Package far too expensive and does not offer any lesser solutions, often forced to call for extra invoiced costs. I ended up changing operators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ une misère totale, un service client injoignable, ou après 3à minutes d'attente minimum et une fois sur deux on est orienté vers le mauvais interlocuteur. ce ne sont pas des solutions d'affaire, ce sont des problèmes plutot.
total misery, unreachable customer service, or after a minimum of 3 minutes waiting and every other time we are directed to the wrong interlocutor. they are not business solutions, they are rather problems.

José que j'ai réussi a avoir comme service ces de incompétent qui me dise de rappeler lundi je vais rappeler pour me plaindre et annule si on a un compte affaires ses que les services que l'on prend chez votre compagnie bain pour le travail et si votre compagnie m'empêche de faire mon travail car vous ne donner pas de service ces sûre ça va pas bien aller
Not able to get service I look forward to canceling service with your company alone. José that I managed to have as a service these incompetent people who tell me to call back on Monday I will call back to complain and cancel if we have a business account its only the services we take at your company for work and if your company prevents me from doing my job because you do not provide service these sure it will not go well
