★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai échangé mon argent américan en canadian et on aller même pas me rendre de reçu, j'ai du y insister. C'est en le regardant que je me suis rendu compte qu'il me manquer 10$ je suis retourné 1h après et on m'a insulté, traité de voleuse, bref évitez cette place.
 I exchanged my American money for Canadian and they didn't even give me a receipt, I had to insist. It was while looking at him that I realized that I was missing $ 10, I returned an hour later and I was insulted, called a thief, in short, avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place like the plague. The a***** that runs this place lost or stole a diamond on my wife's necklace and refused to replace or fix it. He even yelled at her while she was pregnant, even after she begged him to stop. Security got involved and he lied to them as well. They should be shut down.

I went to mona Jeweler to fix a necklace.nothing complicated.when I came to pick it up.it was worst then before.the person who fixed it is not professional and didn't know how to fix a necklace properly! It looked horrible.I ask to get a refund and they never wanted to pay me back.Now I have to find an other jeweler to fix the mistake they did. The owner is rude and disrespectful.do not go there .You will be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose guyz know nothing about watch repair ! I've been waiting for 3 weeks and at the end no repair perform ! Than when I got it back I had to argue to get a refund after at home i realized that the back was all scratch and the rear of it felt down... it was suppose to be a simple crown and stem replacement ! They suck !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i guess i'm lucky compared to the other reviews over here. i've gone several times for repairs, resizing bracelets, polishing bracelet and purchased some straps. never had an issue with him. true the guys isn't the most hospitable but so far so good with me lol.
