Ma fille m’offre pour compléter cette magnifique tenue un très beau collier .... qui s’est brisé dès la première fois où je l’ai porté !
La même charmante vendeuse me dit qu’elle ne peut rien faire. J’insiste pour être rappelée par la responsable, je laisse mes coordonnées mais Rien !!! Une mini compensation aurait suffit, un rabais spécial couvrant une infime partie du prix m’aurait satisfaite ... mais là RIEN, ZÉRO service après vente, aucun appel de personne ! Quel dommage j’étais tombée en amour de cette marque ! Bye-bye LACE.
 It all started so well. Wonderful shopping experience. I found THE DRESS I dreamed of, helped by an extra saleswoman (boutique les cours Mont-Royal) and by my daughter.
My daughter offers me to complete this magnificent outfit a very beautiful necklace .... which broke the first time I wore it!
The same charming saleswoman tells me she can't do anything. I insist on being called back by the manager, I leave my contact details but Nothing !!! A mini compensation would have been enough, a special discount covering a tiny part of the price would have satisfied me ... but there NOTHING, ZERO after-sales service, no calls from anyone! What a pity I fell in love with this brand! Bye-bye LACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While gathering receipts for my income tax return this year, came across my receipt from Boutique Lace. While vising Montreal last summer my girlfriends and I were passing Boutique Lace and saw the most beautiful gown in the show window. Had to try it on and it fit just perfectly. I purchased it for a Gala in December and boy did mouths drop! lol
The staff was absolutely wonderful! Helpful and fun and made the experience even more awesome.
Hats off to the designer of such fab clothing and the staff who were so helpful in finding what works for you!
Hope to visit Montreal again some time and Boutique Lace is ON my list!
