Nous sommes très satisfait des prpositions reçues, des endroits à visiter, de l'écoute de la personne pour bien comprendre notre besoin. On nous a proposé des excursions hors des sentiers touristiques habituels, c'est ce que nous voulions. On nous a fait des suivis réguliers. Nous avons aimé la flexibilité de l'organisation de notre voyage. Nous y retournerons. Bravo à Uniktour?
My partner and I met Uniktour for a trip, our choice was not yet fixed. We are very satisfied with the prpositions received, places to visit, listening to the person to understand our need. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know what to say. Called Uniktour for a quote to Hawaii. Unfortunately as the price was out of my price range advised that I would shop around. The agent sent me an angry reply back. Wow! Very unprofessional. Already did 3 trips with them. Japan, Germany and Banff. Never again!

Gave great suggestions of places to visit during our stay, places we had never heard of that ended up being stunning. I'm very happy that we found them. We will definitely go back to them for future trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floriane Trinel, Christophe and his team were very accommodating with my friend and I while we were on our trip to Whistler. Floriane talked to me about everything we needed to know and handed me our booklet about all our vouchers and information for our trip before leaving. Everything was already booked and well taken care of and if there was something or a question I really needed to be answered, Floriane or Christophe and his team would be there to answer within a call or an email. Our trip went fast and smoothly but without Floriane's help, I would be lost and I am grateful that she was there every step of the way whenever I needed help. Would definitely use this service again for future vacations.
