★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctors are amazing and take the time to talk to you. However the people on the phone line are horrible, they are not helpful and give you a very bad service. I called for an appointement for the immigration medical exam and the person on the phone said I should go in person to give her the proof that the examen was required by immigration. I asked if I could submit the official email from the immigration by email (since we are in 2018 and we have technologies) because I live far. She said no and that if I am not happy I can go somewhere else. Really disappointed by the service! I went somewhere else where they were respectful and treat people with decency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wait for like 2hours on average. There's not enough room in the waiting room and sometimes you need to wait out in the corridor standing. The waiting room is always so crowded I'm not sure if COVID distancing is respected here. Some staff are kind some are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists were very polite and explained everything well, I even emailed beforehand to ask the cost and got a list of things I'd need to bring, things to be aware of, and when the next opening was which nice and more than I expected! The office and waiting area were very clean and they were going through patients as fast as they could while still keeping everything covid safe. Would definitely recommend going here if you need a medical done for immigration.
