★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors des premières fois, l'accueil et la relation entre le personnel et les médecins peuvent être froids. Cependant, après 2-3 rendez-vous, il y a une complicité et le personnel est serviable et poli. Je remercie particulièrement Dre.Ross qui est à l'écoute et qui est sensible à notre situation.
 During the first times, the reception and the relationship between the staff and the doctors can be cold. However, after 2-3 meetings, there is a bond and the staff are helpful and polite. I would particularly like to thank Dre.Ross who is listening and who is sensitive to our situation.

En plus de devoir quémander pour obtenir rapidement les prescriptions signées par le médecin (2 jours après le rendez-vous !!!), la secrétaire a transmis une prescription au mauvais patient et a ainsi transmis des informations médicales et personnelles concernant un autre patient. Une telle erreur est inacceptable et nous fait craindre le pire.... est-ce que nos informations médicales seront aussi transmises par erreur à d'autres ? Très mal pris, allez-y mais sinon trouvez un médecin ailleurs. (j'épargne ici des commentaires sur le médecin, qui ne sont pas des plus élogieux).
Poor service. In addition to having to beg to quickly obtain the prescriptions signed by the doctor (2 days after the appointment !!!), the secretary transmitted a prescription to the wrong patient and thus transmitted medical and personal information concerning another patient. Such an error is unacceptable and makes us fear the worst .... will our medical information also be transmitted in error to others? Very badly taken, go ahead but otherwise find a doctor elsewhere. (I save here comments on the doctor, which are not the most complimentary).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Singer exceptional. She is extremely professional and incredibly kind. She is current, incredibly knowledgeable and also humble- a rare trait in a doctor. She listens and asks the right questions. Amanda, the nurse, is also fabulous and I hear great things about the other doctors.

Extremely nice, patient, and understanding when listening to issues, and won't write off anything you're feeling as unimportant or "probably nothing". A truly refreshing experience in comparison to other medical professionals I've encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tamara Singer has been our Dr. for ages. We are very very very blessed (more than words can express) to have her as our Family Doctor. She is one of a kind in today’s medical field. While other Doctors count you only as a number, Dr. Singer knows you inside & out. She is truly the perfect description of what a General Doctor should be - she is attentive, she is caring, she is kind & of course extremely knowledgeable in her field & well connected. We are extremely grateful to have her as our Dr. The Secretaries in the Clinique as well are awesome. They are always there to lend assistance. They also have the necessary private services that one needs instead of waiting at the hospital ?????
