★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience of my life at Bloom clinic. After reading lots of good reviews I booked an appointment for my 2 months old son who had an eye infection. Dre Fany Loranger had the audacity to turn us down when me and my husband went to show our son. The lady didn't even see us because we were 5 min late. What an inhumane attitude. With a baby that is 2 months old alot of things can happen and if somebody is coming to you from far away you should atleast accomodate them. We were not half hour or something late it was just 5 min. There r parking issues near clinic that can also waste your time. The lady at the reception put us on the waiting list to give next appointment but its been a month we never received any call and thankfully because I'm never going back. Never recommending it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best paediatric clinic in Montreal. The minor emergency option is a blessing for all parents. From the reception staff, nurses to doctors are very empathetic. I used to visit the clinic for my three month old and doctor Karolina was like a guardian angel for us, she helped to identify my sons problem and made sure he was getting better with regular follow ups. Highly recommend the clinic and doctor

Our experiences at Bloom have been exceptional from interacting with the receptionists, nurses and Doctors — everyone is professional and truly caring. Special shout out to Dr. Vyas, she is knowledgeable, empathetic and takes her time to ensure all your questions and concerns are met. So happy I found this clinic :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was searching for a clinic that could give me an appointment on urgent basis within 24hours and thank god I found bloom. I could book an appointment within 24 hours (but for the next day) online which I think was the best part. For a parent who is already troubled and having a difficult time this was blessing in disguise. Coming to my experience here, this place is super clean, the interior is so calming and there is a very nice play area for kids.. the nurse came in quick to check upon my daughter and so did the doctor. Not going to lie the doctor took some time to come and was so nice to apologise for the same multiple times but it absolutely wasn't her fault they were working in full force. But appreciate the compassion they have. Both the nurse and doctor were on point and took in all the details and we were all done in less than an hour. My daughter didn't want to leave the clinic ?. She didn't cry at all and was so happy to be there. Last but not the least the ladies at the reception were so polite and nice. Go for this clinic and you won't regret it for sure. Keep up the good work guys.
