Very bad experience . Do not go to this clinic. I book a pair of glasses for my son in February 2020. Then no news from it. After six months, in August, I asked why the glasses were still not ready. They told me that they made a mistake, and they had made a pair of new glasses for me, and the new glasses would be ready in a few days. When I took the glasses in the clinic , no one told me there was guarantee on the glasses. The glasses were useless on my son's eyes. So I went to another eyes clinic. The doctor gave me a prescription. And I knew that the glasses which were in my hand far away from the prescription. The worker in " Oeil Vision" made the glasses for my son randomly! I was shocked. And the new clinic told me there should be guarantee on the glasses at least one year. Although I was very unhappy , I still politely asked "Oeil Vision" to renew the glasses for me using the new prescription. When "Oeil Vision" knew that I wanted to renew the glasses within guarantee, they told me that I should pay for the renew. I ask why, and they told me that they were very busy, and the person who took responsibility for it would call me back at 5o'clock. I waited patiently . But no one called me back as promised. I waited another two days, I called them again. When they knew that it was to renew the glasses within guarantee. They asked to me wait on line. After long waiting for them , they hung up directly . When I called again, they canceled my call. "Oeil Vision" only want to make profit. No professional ethics. No moral standing. Very bad service. Very bad experience. Do not go to this clinic. By the way, I made a pair of new glasses expending 199 dollars in another clinic. But I expended 300 dollars in "Oeil Vision" having very bad service.

For the first time I found a pair glasses that look good on me. Will definitely come back.

The staff that day were rude and not helpful. I dont know if its because they had a bad day or just dont want to provide the customer service I have gotten at my other store. I wanted to support this store/clinic because its new but havent gone back. I had specifically asked if they would be able to help me with my request on the phone and before appointment but then they didnt want to help. I went this year to another place which is much better. I guess location works for many people but I prefer to support businesses that make the effort to make customers happy.

The experience overall was good, and the doctor examining me was great. However, what I really wanted was a contact lenses prescription, I asked about it twice, and both employees told me it's ok and that I need to ask the doctor. In the end I didn't get an exam and prescription for contacts (only for correction glasses) as apparently I need to come back for such an exam after 3 months. This info came from the person whom I asked earlier and have said it's ok. I just feel misinformed on purpose, too bad, as otherwise it was a good experience.

Wonderful experience! Jonathan and Noa are very knowledgeable and helpful, they guide you in a professional manner and they make pertinent recommendations. I was very indecisive when it came to choosing the frame for my glasses. They both gave me great advice and were very patient with me. The clinic offers a collection of frames that is great, diverse and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is 100%! I will definitely come back!
