★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Dr.Jean-sebastien Beauchamp, he is a professional and excellent Doctor, i want to thanks the assistant Ms. Amanda for her welcoming and excellent service, i want to thank all the team, the receptionist who gave me a quick appointment with her nice welcoming voice, they have a positive atmosphere that we need this time. The price is reasonable, i want to share my experience with u, by the way, my glasses r broken, i didn't buy a frame from them. Samira.A

His team is very helpful, kind, and professional. Kudos to Sheila for being absolutely awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small family run business with exceptional service. I think any bad reviews about service might be because some clients were rude or demanding (which I've personally seen...) If you come in with a good attitude and basic politeness, they're the kindest people. When shopping for new frames, I care to mention that I might not buy them today because I would like to take the time to choose something right for my face. They carry expensive brands there as well, so making a scene because it's not what you expected is not recommended.
Eye check-ups are quick and efficient, and they use some of the latest technology for check-ups, getting new prescriptions and fitting.
Don't be afraid to ask more details about the difference between lenses and prices. They will gladly clarify for you. I have high prescription, which would normally lead to extremely thick lenses, but the staff took the time explaining me what were the options for my lenses, especially with compressing them to make them thin. They let you choose from those options, just don't be rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment, and they gave me the soonest availability they had. After the doctor checked my eye, I asked if I could get my glasses on the same day, and they said "yes"! A very nice lady also helped me choose the right glasses that suit me. They have a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comment! Disrespectful place. Called 15 min to see if I can come pass a vision exam, upon arriving, 2 of what seemed to be the technicians optometrist. Looked me down, ignored my presence, and was directed to come another time. As a minority, don't feel welcome.
