Branch Manager Blocks your accounts 2 days before Christmas... Then decides to Ignore your phone calls... so you go to another branch They try to take the block off... calls the branch manager and oh... she picks up and asks them to tell me to call her... Dec 30 nothing has been fixed.... I leave 5 messages a day on her voicemail and nothing! This branch is 2 hours away from me, and I work a 9-5 work week... meaning I can only go on weekends but seems they are closed... Hopefully she gets fired, or better yet goes back to being a teller! Can't wait to show up and close my accounts, and go with Tangerine... Don't Bank Here!!!!!! Go somewhere else.... BMO is dirt !

BMO itself is a good bank but the staffs here are all just terrible. They don't listen to you and don't try to understand what you want or what your problem is. I really should've open my account at another branch.

really bad and rude services. I went to understand a problem. After what, I ask if I could change my plan. The "rude" lady told me , “ we can’t go back to same BMO where you open your account. She was a layer, cause few days after, I went to another BMO ( not where I open my account) and they was able to change my plan without problem in 2-3 minutes.

BMO bank has a good costumer service. I went there many time. They solved every problem very quick. The people are very helpful. And managers are also very polite and helpful.

Waiting time 45 minutes to 1 hour. Only two tellers available, so be prepared, bring snacks and water you gonna be there for a long time. Worst possible customer service.

Extremely rude at the bank and the Manager. Received an email to upgrade my account and get $200 as a reward. Waited 2 hrs on hold on the main line. Person who answered was polite and said they left a note for my branch to call me with the details. They didn't. When I called my Branch, they told me there was no such incentive and rudely told me to email him the email I got him, which I did. He responded: "It's there in the fine print" "You'll get your $200 in 3 months." I had further questions as I am part of the class action lawsuit in the 2018 BMO breach of data. Manager couldn't answer my questions. Pathetic!!!

The worst branch ever. I am not going to do any business with this branch anymore. this is unbelievable how the staffs are rude and irresponsible! I made a request at this branch for some verification on a money order status, first they told me they created the request and they will call me. they provided no request number. they never called, I called them back, they denied that such requested existed and said that I have to go back to the branch! it took more than a month for the initial request to be even aknowleged (after I had to go to another branch and the branch manager sent a message to the staff at this branch about my request). I receieved a call from someone from the branch 10 days later to start the verification process. after two weeks they called me, they told me we have the confirmation of the status that I can come and pick it up. never mentioned any timeline or deadline. I couldnt go in few weeks ( they are only open one day per week after 5 pm and one of those days was even holiday so they were closed) and when I call them to let them know that I am going to pick it up ( assuming that its in my file), the lady ( very rude lady named Hermon) told me that she left the letter to his colleague, which is not working in branch anymore and she does not know where is the letter! the letter is lost and she is implying that its my fault that I didnt go pick it up earlier! I cant believe in 2021, a bank ( we are not talking about a convinient store in the middle of nowhere), cant keep the record for a customer, cant keep the electronic version of a letter in a file! and what a shame for their poor customer service.
