★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Virtual testing was done in 10 minutes. It was hassle free and very streamlined. We were able to get our travel Covid results easily and certified quickly so we could get back to our vacation stress free. Highly recommend this process. It was also the cheapest option on short notice which made it very attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used their services more than once to get a covid test on line. We were pleasant until may 3rd. They didn't send the link in advance. We had to call twice. Then, the lady to supervise the test and verify the result was late and she was not gentle. We waited for the result around 40 min. We called, waiting a long time but they asked us to call back in 10 minutes. We didn't get the result. We tried reaching them on the phone for more almost one hour. We had to pay and drive to get a second test in a rush to be able to fly. We wrote a review on their page about this incident. We got a very rude answer calling us liars. I will not use their services anymore and I don't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond happy thrilled with the service here. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:55pm and unfortunately was running late due to my work ending later. The worker at this clinic was kind enough to call to double check and wait for us. This level of consideration is rare. Thanks to her, my son and I are able to travel tomorrow! Thank you! I will never forget your kindness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely clean and pristine clinic, located in a beautiful upscale building in Old Montreal. Used for a COVID19 Travel Antigen test - the process was very quick and streamlined. I booked online, chose my preferred time slot, arrived and was quickly met by the nurse. The testing process was under a minute and I received my results within 10 minutes (they had told me 3 hours so that was a nice plus!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not the cheapest test facility, they were opened on Sunday after New Year and we were able to get our tests completed on time and the results came back within 30 minutes (as promised).
The staff was limited to two people that were doing an amazing job, but they probably needed another person to organize the waiting room.
The waiting room was crowded and made me feel a little uncomfortable. I would have loved to have seen a more organized process (but it may have been because there was no receptionist due to the Holiday)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubby and I needed a Covid test at least a day before flying back to the US. I did a search and found this clinic was pretty close to our cruise ship, so I made an appointment online. It was very easy to do! When we got there, we checked in which took about 2-3 minutes. The nasal swabs were done very quickly and efficiently. We could have waited 15 minutes to get our results, or wait for an email within two hours. We got the email in about an hour. Overall, we were VERY pleased with this clinic and the excellent service we received. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I got the virtual antigen test to travel to the US. Super simple, super fast, totally worth it. The process was easy and simple! The test was conducted on Google Meet, and our nurse was extremely punctual, kind and accommodating. The test only took about 5 minutes, and our certificates arrived in our inbox in less than 10 minutes after the test. We are so glad that we came across their website, because we saved money and so much time. I highly recommend their virtual test if you don't have time to go to a testing site.
++ Also loved that there were many sessions available when booking! We'll definitely use their service again when I have to travel :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to have a PCR RT test for travel and the experience has been amazing with them.
I had called initially to ask general questions. The wait call was 10 minutes but they were very friendly and professional which prompted me to make an appointment online.
When I arrived, I waited for 5 minutes and immediately was able to get tested. The staff was very professional, friendly and precise. I was thoroughly impressed by how efficient and fast the process was. I even got the results sooner than expected.
Although the test is on the pricier side - I highly recommend this place.
