I can't thank the Dialogue team enough. As an immigrant, the healthcare system of a different country was a complete mystery to me and they've helped me every step of the way, from virtual consultations to prescriptions, from finding the right clinic to getting a specialist assigned. You can immediately tell this people care, and I'm immensely thankful to have this tool available for me and my loved ones.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Outstanding service, great orientation towards customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to help you with your medical needs; whether it be prescriptions or referrals. They genuinely care about their customers and even reach out to you later to follow up and make sure your needs are met. During these unprecedented times, it is hard to get through to medical professionals, nevertheless to medical professionals who genuinely care about your health and who do not treat you as a simple number. Thank you so much, Dialogue!

I am very happy with the service. It was quick and it saved my lot of travelling time. I got regular quick reply from nurse as well as customer service agents. Overall would recommend this application for sure.

Such a complete service! They really blow their competition out of the water when it comes to the patient experience, the sleek and easy to use app, the incredibly quick time to see a doctor or therapist and I'm never left in the dark thanks to their amazing conciergery service who does such great follow ups for every issue I have. Highly recommend ?

Annoying User interface, they'll collect your information for multiple things all at once, then individually make you go type in the exact same information you just provided to them. Will cancel your appointment if there's background chatter and instead of simply asking you to type in your personal health information or if they even need it (they cancelled my appointment because they assumed i'd be providing a whole host of "Personal health information" despite me going in for strep throat and literally having 0 other health information they could use to diagnose/help me). Anyways they'll cancel your appointment if they deem your location to be too public, just annoying as if i needed to give them my PHI i could always just type. Get a better UI plz

I am not impressed with this virtual healthcare provider. My other employer has used Telus Health/Akira, and it was just so much easier, smoother, and more sufficient to get what I needed. I contacted Dialogue to get my orthotics prescription renewed, and they said that they couldn’t accept my previous prescription because it was more than two years old (I got it in May 2019–about 2.5 years ago). I found a newer prescription I got in April 2020 from Telus Health/Akira (less than 2 years ago), and the response now changed to: It’s a prescription but I now have to go to a walk-in clinic to get a diagnosis and prescription. They couldn’t accept it. I escalated this to a Dialogue manager, who also refused me. Then they tried to say: “Well, it’s because ‘some’ insurance providers are very demanding.” I went back to Telus Health/Akira (luckily I still have access), and they issued me a new prescription within 10 minutes! If people don’t have access to another virtual healthcare provider, Dialogue is okay—but not great. I’ll be pitching to my coworkers/employer (who signed up with Sunlife Insurance and, through Sunlife, Dialogue is offered) that we need to get a new virtual healthcare provider. I’ll certainly be sharing the same with Sunlife reps when I have to call them. Dialogue made it a hassle and quite stressful for me. What’s worrisome is that this kind of inconvenience and disappointment may steer patients who need treatment away from actually getting it.

I cannot recommend Dialogue enough. They are always there when you need them and their follow up is amazing. When my 9 month old was sick I got three follow up phone calls to make sure he was ok and to offer me advice on how to take care of him. Without a family doctor it can be very hard to get an appointment to see someone so its fantastic to have this available to actually speak to someone. It's also so easy to get your prescriptions renewed. They can send you to get any blood work you need and then issue you with an updated prescription without you losing any time at work or more importantly on your day off trying to get to see a doctor in person. I honestly cannot say enough how much I love and use this service!

Originally was on hold for 3.5 hrs on Telehealth. Realized i was covered for Dialogue. Found the app, found help within 5 mins. Got a video call with a medical professional within ten mins and out within 20 mins. Grateful for this service. Thank you.
